<p>I will be applying early decision to one school this fall. Am I able to also apply to some schools early action in addition to my early decision application?</p>
<p>Assuming that the schools do not say that it is not allowed, then yes. But if you are accepted ED with an adequate financial aid package, you must retract your other applications.</p>
<p>Read each school’s website. There are some EA schools that say you are not allowed to apply ED anywhere if you apply EA to them. They don’t care if you apply EA to others, but the ED is prohibited. And then there are also single choice EA (SCEA) schools.</p>
<p>The only college that I found that said you can’t apply EA if you apply ED anywhere is Georgetown. I would like to apply EA to MIT and Notre Dame. I have not read anything from them saying any restrictions about ED.</p>
