Early Decision Agreement Form?

<p>My counselor opted to send the secondary school report offline, so I gave her that form before I submitted my application online, which I did 3 days after.</p>

<p>Now, when I go back there's an "Early Decision Agreement" form which I did not recall was even there before I submitted my application.</p>

<p>I am applying to the University of Michigan for Early Action. Do I need this form to be mailed to the institution if I am only applying to one college under the common app?</p>

<p>“Early Decision” (binding) and “Early Action” (non-binding) are two different ways of applying to college. You normally wouldn’t need an “Early Decision Agreement” form to apply Early Action.</p>
