Accepted as well! Congrats everyone!

I have missing requirements siiigh.

But congratulations to those of you who made it! So happy for you :D

did you all pass your mid year reports?

Hey girls, is anyone here international? Iām applying RD, and Iām freaking out about my chances of getting in XD

@Piper - I did send them my mid year reports a few days ago but Iām pretty sure they didnāt really take those into account. What sort of missing requirements did you have? Did you get deferred? Donāt worry about RD rounds, Iām sure youāll get in. You got deferred because of a technicality, not because your app wasnāt good enough. So keep your chin up and donāt give up hope.

@Guitar500 - Iām an international student! So is SuperXX. Piper is kind of an honorary international although she is technically a US citizen. I donāt know about anyone else though.

@ All the new people in this thread - Welcome aboard! The next four years are going to be absolutely amazing and I am so psyched to get to know all of you guys. :)

accepted!!!

unfortunately the world is going to end before we get to experience the awesomeness that is mohoā¦

Just wrote to mhc, yup it was my mid year report counselor will hopefully send them by tonight. they told me ill still be considered an ED applicant, and that theyāll contact me when i submit the missing reqs. Whew! Congrats to you all! Iām so glad everyone so far has been accepted :D

@Piper - Thatās amazing news! Iām so happy for you.

I didnāt know mid year reports were required for early decision applicants. In fact, then I emailed them my mid year report, they specifically said that Mid Year reports arenāt used to make a decision, just to check your progress. I know that most of the other people in this forum didnāt even send their reportsā¦

Whatever the reason is, I REALLY hope you get in. :D

Hello again girls I was thinking maybe we should post some of our stats for the future applicants to give them an idea of requirements-- I know this is what I was looking for before being accepted! here are some of mine anywayā¦

Thanks MaxRide! Iām confident enough with my grades, I wonder whatās wrong? I hope my school didnāt send the wrong ones! Theyāve given me the wrong grades twice already, I hope it hasnāt happened again!

@oliveoil117

Thats a great idea!

SATs: I did not submit them, because I am a terrible test taker. I got an 1830 though.
GPA: 3.6 unweighted, 4.0 weighted
Essay topic: Sort of confusing topic. I basically shared two different encounters with diversity and how they have made me appreciate and love diversity.
Extracurriculars : Too many to list but here are some:
secretary of keyclub, president of civl rights team, nhs, tons of volunteer work. I would just say focus on your passions in highschool. Mine was volunteer work and civil rights, so that is what I did

Class rank: top 20%

Thanks Olive! I wish they would post pictures of the rooms inside the residence halls. I wonder if we get to choose our residence halls?

Iām hoping they post more picture and we get to chose our dorm rooms. I want to live in Safford! :)

Thereās not enough words to describe how I feel! Ahh now Iām stressed over dorm stuff haha and Iāve been inside all the dorms and theyāre all nice! Each residence hall has a grand piano an grandfather clock! Bathrooms are nice also but I prefer Safford as well
And does anyone know if they awarded merit/leadership awards yet? I got a lot of grantā¦ But wasnāt sure if they do these merit scholarship in the spring with RD? It would be nice if I got a little more $ though :D

I am very excited for this Girls. Safford looks awesome. When are we going to start the housing stuff? not yet I guess. And how do we make the first deposit the 300 dollars did anyone already make it because when i log in to do it it says I have no bills. :P

@superxx
I was wondering that too. I am guessing they would wait until they have seen the early decision II and regular decision applicants, so that everyone has a fair chance.

I know that they do the dorm stuff in June or July and we get notifyed in August about roommates and rooms.
I couldnāt make the deposit either so Iām just going to wait until I get the packet in the mail. On ISIS it said the acceptance packet would have an envelope where we can mail in our deposit.
Was anyone awarded merit? I only got grant money and I thought that was odd.
Itsatip95, I agree with you on Safford and it would be nice to get more money. :)
