<p>My alumni interviewer (interviewed on Nov 1st...LOL) told me that Rice is giving a special extension on ED deadline b/c of the hurricane Ike...or that may only apply to areas affected by it.</p>
<p>I turned my thing on Nov 1st, got my email with PIN, and my app is being reviewed as ED.</p>
<p>Deadlines are meaningless anyway if you have an excuse. I know people who have gotten in after making up BS stories and turning in their apps weeks late...</p>

<p>I am dead serious. It's not even funny how late this one girl turned in her RD app to Rice... but she made up some story about her house flooding and they took it and she got accepted. She ended up going to Wash U. Stupid girl.</p>
