<p>Colleges sometimes use fin. aid package as a bargaining chip. If they already know you're going there, what incentive is there to give you more aid?</p>

i wld apply but i am not sure whether i ll get a full scholarship. if i dont get it, i wont be able to accept it and then wont be able to study in US...</p>
