early decision confusion

<p>i'm currently a jr in high school and i was wondering if i plan to apply early decision to a specific UC, i believe is the deadline is Nov 1?, woudl that mean i must have my SAT and SATII scores all ready to be sent out by the deadline? for example, i missed out on the SATII: CHinese w/ listening this yr in November, the once a yr thing, so i plan to take it next yr. but i'm afraid that i wont be able to send in my scores after ED apps&essays..would that restrict me from applying ED?</p>

<p>UC's do not have early decision. Their regular decision application deadline is Nov 30 annually but they always take test scores through the December testing date.</p>

<p>As to colleges that do have ED, some take test scores through the October test date and some through the Nov test date.</p>
