<p>Does anyone know the deadline for taking the Sat and Act if I want to apply early decision this fall? </p>
<p>I wanted to take 1 more ACT and was hoping to take in Sept. But then I realized that it was only offered in certain states, and luckily, I don't live in any of those states. So...do you think I can take it on Oct. 28 and still apply for ED? Or, is it too late?</p>

<p>Colleges vary and thus you must check with the particular school to which you intend to apply early decision for the last test date it takes for it (colleges usually have that information on-line but many may not have it yet for the fall because it is not up yet; but if you look at 2005's schedule you can get a good idea of what 2006 likely will be). Usually, they take through the October test date and many accept the November SAT test.</p>
