So im looking to apply to BU because im obsessed with the school. I love the environment and everything about it. I have looked at scatter grams for my school that tell whether previous student have been accepted and with what sat scores and g.p.a. I have an 1880 SAT and a 29 ACT my G.P.A isn't to outstanding though it is a 4.1 out of 5. I don't really know what that corresponds to but whatever. My mom is an employee which is awesome cause i get tuition free. I also hear that BU has more leniency towards students with employed parents. So I want to definitely go there if i get in so i am seriously considering applying early decision. What i am wondering is if this is the right choice. Ive heard that students applying early decision have a better chance of applying because of the dedication towards the school. However, im not really sure about that. Also my grades arent all that impressive as you may see. Please Please Please tell me what you think or have heard about early decsion at BU. Thanks So Much!

I’m not really familiar with ED at BU, but in general I’d say it is always wise to apply to a few different schools. If that is your dream school and you can go for free, you really have nothing to lose by applying ED. Just be sure you apply to at least 3 or 4 more…just in case. Good luck!

yah im also applying to northeastern, bentley, babson, bryant, and umass amherst for business, but i was wondering if i would have a better chance at getting into BU if i applied early rather than regular?

From what I understand, acceptance rates are generally higher when applying ED. You may be able to find those stats for BU online.
