Early decision for cornell?... also help on which standardized tests I should take?

I want to apply for early decision for cornell (binding, November 1st deadline). To do this I have to take SATS before November and ACTS before October.

Here are my scores..
ACT w/ writing: 31
I plan to retake it on Sept. 21.

SATs: (just a warning, they suck)
2060
SAT II Math: 740
SAT II Bio: 700
I want to retake these but there is only one test date before the deadline so I have to choose to take either the SAT again or the Subject Tests Again...
Cornell requires us to send all SAT test scores, and this'll be my fourth time taking it :/ I'm simply not very good at the SAT.

Other stats:
-All A's except for a B in biology (It was an exceptionally difficult class based on the teacher.. That's why I want to make it up with the subject test)
-President of Art Club, Committee head of Pet shelter volunteering, Treasurer of Film Club
-Props master for tech theatre, 1st place stage design, Flute Captain in Marching band
-asian female..
-participate in Habitat for Humanity, environmental club, etc

I plan to apply for the college of life sciences and agriculture and major in animal sciences (prevet )

Should I apply for early decision for cornell? Should I retake the SAT or the subject tests?
Thank you so much!

Additional Details
*mostly all AP or honors classes
I am in a dual credit program

I would hold off applying to Cornell until you have a score you’re happy with. Don’t submit the SAT scores; it doesn’t look too good that it’s not yet 2100 after the fourth time. Your ACT looks slightly better, so try to retake the ACT come fall.

Applying ED is for students who are very confident that what they’ve accomplished so far is excellent and competitive for the school. If you don’t think that’s the case with you, don’t apply ED.

Good luck!

Did u apply for Cornell ED?
I am also applying to Animal Science.
