Early decision help

<p>I debating on whether to apply to Washington university in St. Louis. On naviance, I would probably get wait listed/deferred/or accepted. However, last year 10 people out of 140 were accepted and only 2 actually went. I live in North Carolina and go to a private school in Raleigh. Anyways, it is one of my top choices, but I also am curious if I'll get into better schools. Many people have never even heard of washu and I'm not sure if it has much of a social scene that I'd like there. I have a 30 composite act, 31 superscore which is not very good compared to my grades. I'm basically on the boarder of being in the top 10%(10.5%ish). I'm going back and forth on wether I want to apply here early decision or just apply regular decision. Need advice.
