Reminder for everyone that was early decision accepted: Applications for the early decision priority housing start tomorrow at 8 AM PST. It’s best to get on it early, since its not guaranteed. The date came up quickly, so I just wanted to send out a reminder to other forgetful people like me.
Where’s everyone applying regarding housing?

I’m on the website right now, and it says it opens at 8, so maybe they’re a little slow… Haha.

I looked on the portal too and its not there…

i want to do machenical engeneering/purdue or georgia tech?

The portal doesn’t have an application available and the Housing dept. doesn’t open until 9! I gotta get to school!! The application better show up soon!

^ Wow thats interesting it does say housing application is open from 9am -10 pm it said yesterday it was open 8 am - 10 pm…

Should i have put backups down?

^ I don’t think you will need backups if you applied this early, but I did anyway…
I applied
- Santa Lucia
- Cerro Vista
- Sierra Madre

Ah I cant decide which to choose.

^ I would go with Red Bricks best way to meet people. My friend showed me his room there and it was definitely not too small.

I envy you guys! =P

- Cerro Vista
- Sierra Madre
- Yosemite

it might be switched for 2 and 3. hey question, how do you complete the box for the ‘housing license agreement’. because you print it out, so how do you get the box checked off on the website to guarantee your spot? also, i tried logging onto the mustang health website thing for the ‘Meningococcal Disease Information and Response Form’ but it won’t allow me to log in. i might be too early, i don’t know. thanks!

^ That box is probably checked off once they recieve the housing license agreement in the mail. As for the Meningococcal Disease Information and Response Form, I read that you do that after you apply for your classes in August.

Hmm im still not sure which dorms lol. Ill be an engineering student, and I want a good balance of social/academics. I visited last year and I didnt come out with any conclusive favorite, they were all okay.

Would it be an overwhelming sausage fest in the engineering dorms? Too hard to get a lot of studying done in sierra madre or yosemite? Im probably just over-analyzing the situation which I tend to do but its a big decision. Any help?

I decided :
- Cerro Vista
- Honors Program in Cerro Vista
- Red bricks (Muir)
I really want to get an apartment!
And Mandilove, I was confused about that too!

i did 1.Tenaya 2.Trinity 3.Fremont
Red Bricks seemed the best when i went to visit.

Do NOT forget to complete and send in the Housing Agreement with a check. It does make a difference in the selection process.
