another question......
what kinds of stats are needed to have a good shot of getting into johns hopkins on early decision?
and also what kinds of stats are expected at uchicago, northwestern, u mich, saint louis, washington saint louis, brown?

Look at the averages, and scores.. Also, the colleges don’t accept ONLY people with stats… But they want to see who you are… Are you innovative, dedicated, unique, social, creative?.. The Essays/recs and EC’s will also have a BIG impact. However, for the schools you mentioned, stats are probably more important.

Check the old decision threads in each college’s respective forums, and then use the stats profiles.

And Equilibrium is half-wrong on the stats thing. UChicago is notorious for its essays being one of the deciding factors in admissions.

Here you go for JHU ED

% accepted ED: 51%
Avg. SAT Score 25/75- 1920-2210 (2100+ avg.)

Also be weary that ED is a binding contract!!

St Louis University is not difficult to get into, is it?

SLU isn’t the most competitive college to get into. WashU in St. Louis is very competitive to get into.
