Hello. I'm planning to apply for Johns Hopkins in early decision... however the financial aspect concerns me because I come from a low income family. The school's policy is, if you can't afford it at all, you are allowed to back out. The problem is, by the time you can back out, many college app deadlines will already be passed. Do you suggest I still apply for early decision and hope I get formidable aid, or should I just apply regular decision? I have other schools I am looking to apply to if I don't get in, but I'm afraid it'll be too late if I get accepted and can't afford it.
