hey Penn students…

I’m trying to figure out which one will work out better for me
I’m thinking about early decision but now I have only a week and
my SAT scores are not that great even if I took ones in october and planning to take SAT IIs in November ( I took SAT and SAT II in the summer and the results were not that good… SAT IIs were not even 650)

My GPAs are good and recommendations are good also
but I’m keep thinking about the ‘advantages’ of early decision…

which one should I go for? Early? or Regular??? I really want to get accepted!!

please help me out!!

Obviously you would have a better chance ED than RD, but certainly there are people who wouldn't be able to make either one.

Did you even write your essays yet? If not, how could you do ED?

i have my essays done

but i dont know if i should do RD
Can I still send november SAT scores after I apply as ED?

you can rush them.

Ill probably do the RD now.. hope I don't regret this after all

uhmm i didnt really do my essay yet and im doing ED...
is that bad?

Yeah...I just started my essay yesterday, and I'm more than halfway finished with my first one...it's not as if you need months to do them..the ED deadline is 10 days away...

which essay haven't you done?
and are you sending it online?

Is that directed toward me? I am almost finished with my page-217 essay, and I have about a paragraph of my why-penn essay finished. Yes, I'm sending it online.

Yeah the ED deadline is 10 days away, but during the week, how much time do you have to really concentrate on writing the essays?

For me at least, I have nearly none.
