<p>i had thought that i would do better than 228,8 but...mainly it is because of my class rank...3/100.... those 100 students are the best selected students from my country...as most of the good students apply to my school because of its glory of being the school our royal family attended...and only the best are selected...but being 3/100 looks not as good as 3/300 even though the students are not selected through a rigorous entrance test....
wish this index had a place to mention all this ...lol.</p>
<p>Yeah, I kind of have the same situation...selective private school with only 55 in my class, so basically the top 2% is 1 person! lol</p>
<p>i thought the majority of applicants have AI's 5 or below....this is scaring me =/</p>

<p>Gxing, dont worry. This AI is absolutely useless and is in no way a predictor of acceptance. Its simply a way to view one's cold, hard stats, and we all know that there is so much more to admissions than that...</p>

<p>It is semi-useless, but I guess it satisfies the subconscious obsession with stats =P</p>
<p>My favorite is how much it changes based on rank or whatnot. My school doesn't use rank at all, so I just put my GPA to get my stats. However, the Cum Laude Society is top 10%, giving the decile. If I substitute decile for GPA, my stats plummet :P</p>
