<p>Yes, you can apply ED now to Duke and also now apply RD to all other schools that interest you, including Berkeley. If Duke accepts you ED, you will be required to withdraw all your other applications (subject to a very limited exception for financial aid issues). Duke’s ED program does not restrict applicants from applying to other schools while the ED decision is pending. Only a very few early admit programs are that restrictive. (Yale comes to mind.) The restriction at Duke and most ED programs prevents you from applying to another school under its ED program while your Duke ED app is pending.</p>
