Early Decision Question

If I apply early decision to Northwestern, can I still apply early action to another university.

I was thinking of applying early action to University of Michigan.

Yes. But if you are accepted to NW you must withdraw your app to Michigan.

I just want to make sure, but how do you know this. I read about Northwestern’s early decision agreement and it doesn’t really say whether I can or cannot apply early action to other schools.

You can, as long as you agree to withdraw all of your other applications if you are accepted. I think Michigan is rolling EA admission so you are not restricted by them. You wouldn’t be able to apply to a single choice early action school, like Stanford or Boston College.
