Early Decision question

<p>I'm applying early decision to Cornell. Deadline is November 1st, 2008.</p>

<p>Does it matter WHEN I submit the common app and supplement? i.e. does it make a difference if I submit everything today, or on October 31st? </p>

<p>Obviously Cornell isn't rolling admissions, but I didn't know if there was a necessary cut off date (some time in October)</p>

<p>I don’t think it makes a difference, but send it in earlier (not on Oct 31) because many people will be sending apps then, and the common ap server could majorly slow down.</p>
