<p>It just has to be post-marked. You don’t have to print it out if you can email it to your guidance counselor and/or parent and have them sign it that way. And yes you have to manually fill the information in. I’m applying ED to Dartmouth and I submitted mine online. Good Luck. :D</p>

<p>If you are sending it through the mail, you send it to your college’s admissions office. Look at Cornell’s website to find it.</p>
