Early Decision Stats? Help

<p>As I was considering my early admissions options for this fall, I came across this link:

<p>How accurate are these percentages? Aren't a decent percentage of early decision acceptances recruited athletes or something else like that?</p>

<p>Also, is there any way to see the number/percent of applicants that get deferred? And what the later decision was- accepted/denied?</p>

<p>Or what percent of the freshmen class is accepted Early Decision?</p>

<p>Lots of questions here... So I guess in short, I'm just asking if anybody knows some recent Early Decision stats from any schools. (Especially LACs)</p>

C21. Early decision: Does your institution offer an early decision plan (an admission plan that permits students to apply and be notified of an admission decision well in advance of the regular notification date and that asks students to commit to attending if accepted) for first-time, first-year (freshman) applicants for fall enrollment? Yes</p>

<p>If “yes,” please complete the following:</p>

<p>First or only early decision plan closing date: November 15</p>

<p>First or only early decision plan notification date: December 15</p>
