<p>Wouldn't it be great if the Admissions Committee got a wild hair and just admitted everybody (ED)? Hopefully we'll know in 7 days (via email).</p>
<p>tookie...you applied ED also? can you list your AI...school that you're applying to...and where you're from?</p>
<p>i'm really hoping that they'll email the decisions on the 10th...as all the Ivies are doing...but I doubt that Rice will do that...maybe the 11th at least?</p>
<p>Actually it's my son and his AI is only 203 (I think 4 out of 9). But the AI doesn't take ECs into consideration. We're from Texas and he applied to the school of engineering. He's got a couple of safeties in case he's deferred.</p>
<p>I looked at the ID thread and noticed that they were keeping a roster of all the ID applicants, so I figured...why not do one for ED applicants too?</p>

<p>So will they alert us a day before the emails come out? What if they come out the 13th? Don't they email the day they MAIL the packets, or is it the day before they arrive? I just figured it takes 2 days to receive the packets, so maybe they send an email as they are mailed out. Best of luck everyone.</p>
<p>The secretary in admissions told me the other day that letters will be arriving on the 15th. My prediction - notifications by e-mail on monday. Let me know if I was right!</p>
