What are my chances of being accepted early decision? and is that even a good decision?

Also applying to UCLA and UCBERK
are those also reaches?

btw: Indian, born in india, mother no college, father IIT

Hate to break it to you, but being Asian really disqualifies you for JHU ED with those credentials. Not passing AP exams is really bad and will probably keep you out of Hopkins. UCB and UCLA are both stretches for the same reason.

You should definitely think of more colleges (maybe UC Davis?) for premed.

And there's no harm really applying for ED Johns Hopkins, if you don't make it for ED you'll be either deferred to the normal admissions and if you get rejected from ED then chances are you wouldn't have gotten in regular.

But being Indian and having a father who had gone to an ITT really lowers your chances.

yeah i really think i am going to do early dec. because i realllllly wan to go there but i hav never visited the campus...so im sort of apprehensive.

I think you should be worried about the fact that you did not pass any of your AP exams. Colleges do not necessarily look at these scores for admissions purposes, but I would question your readiness for a top college if you cannot pull 4's and 5's on your APs.
Your SAT scores aren't amazing either.
UCLA and UCB out of state are reaches for almost everybody.
