I applied in early October as well and just recently received my acceptance!!! GO DEACS!

What day did you submit your app? I just visited Wake last week, and I am absolutely in love! Hopefully I’ll be receiving good news soon!

I mailed it off 10-3 and got an acceptance 10-21

Wow you got accepted really quickly! Did any of you guys get letters in the mail saying that wake forest has received your application. And they look forward to reviewing my application?

I got an email saying that

That’s so exciting! Congrats to everyone that has been accepted. I applied ED to Wake on October 17th. I haven’t received any confirmation email from Wake saying they got my application though! How soon did you receive the confirmation email after you sent off you application? Also…any idea when I might hear back?!

**Your application

I submitted mine 10/9 at night and then received an email confirming the submission later that night. I then received an email on 10/15 saying that they look forward to reviewing my app.

I did my entire application through the CommonApp.com and received confirmation from the Common App that I submitted my application/application fee, but there is nothing from Wake Forest yet. Ahhh…this waiting is the hardest part! Thanks for your help though!

Things might be different for us then because I did mine through Wake’s own application. Glad I could kinda help!

I also sent mine through the Wake Forest application. I hope I hear soon. I sent my 10/10 then got my email confirming the submission later that night. Then my letter came October 21st but it was addressed October 15th.

A letter came in yesterday confirming they have received my application. I hope I hear back soon too! Good luck to you:)!

Anyone else receive any news here of late?

I just got accepted ED about a week ago, I sent my application in mid-August but only interviewed September 17th. I got my letter almost exactly 4 weeks after I interviewed!

Hey what were you stats. I have 3.9 GPA. Two Positions for ECS and a good amount of community service(Visited a third world country). Do you think I have a chance and the short answer part of the application is my only concern.

I think you have a chance. But what does your community service entail? And what ECs do you do?

I did Model UN(Currently Captain), FBLA(Former President), and what do you mean what my community service entails. I basically went on a medical mission to a third world country.
