Early Decision Wake Forest

I agree! Hopefully they put a check mark by the recommendation soon in the window… it’s driving me crazy. It sucks looking at my countdown on my phone now since its nowhere near right now:/
oh well… good things come to those that wait;)

Does anyone know how many days after their application was labeled complete (not submitted) that they received their decision?

That is very true. I get this message from Bonnie Kiger today: Yes I received all your documentation.
Your file cannot be reviewed until we receive all documents.
It may take four to six weeks but hopefully you will receive a decision sooner.
I’ll make a note that your application was one of many that has experienced glitches with the submission of common app forms.

People said Wake Forest was a high reach or impossible for me, check my stats and maybe it will give some of you guys confidence. My essays and interview were superb and I did not submit test scores if that helps. Go Deacs!

Do you like e close to the school or something? You found out super quick

I submitted on 10/28 as well but my teacher rec is missing. So I hope I find out as quickly as you. I live in Georgia if that helps.

I can’t find your stats, do you mind repeating them. Thanks and congrats.

Yeah for sure man. Good luck!

hey guys, did you know how to check my application status online? how to know whether WFU has received my official test scores or HS Transcript??

Just call the Admissions office and they will let you know!

Go to the university’s website. Under “students” you will see “admissions” click on that. On that page on the right hand side a little ways down you will see a blurb about the wfu window… sign up and it will connect with your application and show everything that is accounted for or not accounted for.

Thanks a lot! I have an account and I have already know my status! I submitted my ED application on 11-02, waiting for final result!

Here is one more thing. For those of you who got admitted, are there an email about your acceptance first? Or you just received a black acceptance envelop??

I only got an acceptance letter in the mail. No emails or anything like that. Good luck!

Same. Just received a large black envelope in the mail. No email. In fact, the website still looks like the application is pending but we sent in our acceptance card, deposit and have received other letters of confirmation of acceptance, parents of new students information etc. in the mail. Doesn’t look like the website is kept up-to-date…

Anyone else find anything out? I’m still waiting… ten days since my app was completely complete:)

since I’m an international student, I’m not sure they will sent me a mail…Or their mail just will late for several days. Still, I think have an email would be better.
