<p>I applied to Geneseo via early decision and I just received the letter saying that I wasn't offered admission at this time but my application will be put back with my regular pool of applicants.
They said that this decision was made after an extensive review of my application but the decision this year was really competitive and many strong candidates were not offered admission.
I'm a little disappointed but what are some things that I should do to make sure I'm accepted the next time. I really love Geneseo and wan't to attend here so badly. How early should I email admissions to let them know how interesting I am about going to Geneseo. What are some things that I should do so I can get accepted the next time?</p>
