<p>When do Early Decision results come out for UPenn 2019? Will they notify you in advance when you will get your results? Also how do you put payment information into the common application?</p>
<p>Penn is purposefully vague about the exact date (around Dec 15). Later, they will notify everyone once the date is chosen. Dunno about payment info on CA</p>
