<p>When does the binding really start? Just by applying or once you know that you are selected and you have to accept it? Do they give a chance to review and accept or just by applying you are bound to go to that college if you get selected?</p>
<p>Just by applying you are promising to the school that you will go there if accepted. If you have any doubts about coming to SLO, DO NOT APPLY EARLY DECISION. They do give you the option after they admit you to accept or decline the offer, but I wouldnt recommend just applying ED without complete commitment to come here.</p>
