<p>Yes, you can apply anywhere else EA, except for schools that have SCEA like Yale. But if you are admitted at Dartmouth, you must go there, no matter how many schools accept you early. (I know you won't go anywhere else, but my duty is to give you the exact information :) )</p>
<p>not all EA schools. Georgetown and Boston College, for example, will not accept an EA app from someone who applied ED somewhere else.</p>
