<p>I have to mail my music supplement. Does it mean that they have to receive my stuff by Nov. 1 or does it have to be postmarked Nov.1? Do I need to worry about over night mailing? Thanks!</p>
<p>I live an hour and a half from the school I’m applying to that has a Nov. 1 deadline. When I went to mail mine out 2 days ago, I asked the lady at the counter what I should do and she told me that priority would get it there within 2 or 3 days. I ended up sending it priority with confirmation.</p>
