<p>A friend of mine told me that his older brother’s letter said “You’re In!” on the front.
Albeit, that was 3 years ago – but hey, if Brandeis is still sending letters via snail mail then maybe they still stick to old traditions!</p>
<p>I have a friend who got in last year, she said it was a smaller envelope with “congratulations” on the front. Needless to say, if my letter is blank, I’ll probably just break down and cry.</p>

<p>Hey it’s December 14th, anyone got the envelope yet? :-s</p>
<p>I have a snow day today, so I hope that doesn’t delay the mail.</p>
<p>My husband just called the admissions office (like I had the guts??), and they said the letters would NOT go out until tomorrow (12/15). So it’s safe to peek in the mail until Thursday – at least for us moms.</p>
<p>UGH. Last night our mail didn’t come until 7. My poor daughter was a wreck. Thanks for saving us a few nights of rushing to the mailbox. We live on the West Coast, so who knows when it will arrive. I guess my husband and 2 younger kids will head to the mountains for break on Friday. My oldest and I will stay home until the letter arrives, and drive up after the blizzard they’re forecasting. At least she’ll have a story to tell. I hope it’s a happy one–for her, and all who applied and have worked so hard.</p>

<p>I live just north of NYC and applied ED to Brandeis. How long do you think the letter will take to get here if they mailed it yesterday? I want to know the decision!!! All of my friends know what colleges that they’re going to except for me!!!</p>

<p>Mine was a big envelope that said “Congratulations” on the front! It barely even fit in the mailbox. I was SO happy when I saw it! Now I can’t wait for next year…</p>
