<p>I am too young for a job. The UPenn program caught my eye because biomedical research was in the title (however nerdy that may sound). It sounds fun, especially since it does not count for any grades. I am not so sure that all of the others would be there by their own choice however. It could be that parents force their kids to do these things over summer. I don’t know. </p>
<p>Anyways, what programs are known, and allow rising sophomores?</p>
