Early UCB Acceptance List?

<p>Over on the general CC UCB section, there is a thread located here:

The thread is discussing the possibility of an accidental listing of all accepted students via the Calnet directory. Many people are reporting that their names show up as a current student when they search, but I want to see if transfer student names come up as well. So lets see and keep our fingers crossed, maybe our names will be on the list soon if not now :)</p>

<p>@rawrgasm I found many of my friends listed on the Calnet. but they haven’t received a formal admission yet…</p>

<p>I entered the name of an applicant I know from school and she is listed on the site. The site lists “current students” (it says), so it is unusual that the name would populate. But it did.</p>

@rawrgasm i’m an international student, and my friends are also international. it is very unlikely to be the same with somebody else.=( dude, i’m also not on the list, don’t be that sad…</p>

<p>i don’t know how valid this search thing is but it limits your searches to only 50 people. just because your name isn’t on there, it doesn’t mean your not accepted.</p>

<p>It looks like a bunch of freshman found their names on Calnet – a great sign for them. Some names are in CAPS and some are not (whatever that means).</p>

<p>Fellow transfer students, keep this in mind: Freshman admission decisions come out this Thursday, 3/24; transfer decisions are not coming out until April 29th – a full 36 days later. </p>

<p>If any transfers find their names on Calnet, please let us know ASAP!!!</p>
