Holy mother of god, I screwed this test up royally. Good thing I didn't apply at a college that had to have better than an 18, cause that's what I scored.

Wow, just wow. I scored 28 on my Practice Test. I guess I just psyched myself out.

**** i did bad....25....watever it should go up wen writing is calculated....wen do those scores get posted?????? and how does it affect ur composite score?? does it add a new score and then calculate the composite out of the 5 scores??

ok just found out it does not affect ur composite...gay. why do colleges absolutely require you take the ACT with writing, if it doesnt even affect ur composite and they dont look at ur score???

Watching too - score not up yet and they give some scary reasons it might not be available for a week - but will keep checking. Summer program application going in tomorrow and it would be great to include an ACT test score as long as it is at least, say, 29.

Golfer_08, many colleges will accept your highest score for each of the 4 subjects from any of your ACT sittings. So really, your superscore would be the composite of your English 35, Math 33, Reading 34 and Science 35. So your composite will be at least a 34!!!! Congrats!!!

There are no scores for you from the April 14, 2007 national administration. It takes longer for some scores to become available. Scores will be added weekly throughout processing as quickly as situations such as Standby registrations, late receipt of answer sheets, or inconsistent identifying information are resolved. Please try again in a week.

first time so im not to mad, hoping to bring it up to a 30 eventually.
can the essay score affect any of the other sections scores? or the composite?
