Another student at my daughter’s school posted that she had received admittance to MHC. I don’t think she applied ED, since she also posted admittance to Smith. I know that Smith does early writes, does MHC as well?
Do you mean Early Action? I am not familiar with “early writes.” My daughter applied to MHC regular decision, and has not heard yet.
Hi. No, early writes are RD applicants who are notified before most others. The thread on class of 2022 admissions had several posts re. people receiving these early-acceptance emails the last week of February - March 1st. Has anyone received an early write after March 1st? I’m assuming all in that category have been notified, but you never know!
When D was accepted in 2009, she heard back from them in the first half of March. She was RD.
Thank you @Westcoaster2018 for pointing me to that other thread - didn’t see those posts about early writes, so I guess yeah, they do them!
I got an early write, in email form, on March 1st.
This is the first year they’ve done Early Writes. Smith does them, so I think it will keep them competitive with Smith.
