Easier acceptance rate into a certain college?

Just wondering if it's easier to be accepted into a certain college than another. I'm planning on applying as a biology major and I'm wondering if the acceptance rates are different for the College of Arts and Sciences, College of Agriculture and Life Science, and College of Human Ecology.

Do they even do it by college? I heard from someone that they accept the student first before decided what college to put them in.

They do it by college but I think they pick you by fit more so if you fit better into a certain program…your chances increase if you apply there.

That’s what I’ve heard at least. Good luck!

Different colleges have different acceptance rates, but if you don’t fit in, they will know it, and you aren’t getting in.

Cornellperson- do you know the actualy acceptance rates? or where i could find them?

They do not separate it by major or program within the colleges.
