Easiest AP classes?

I want to hear some opinions, so please make a list of APs you've taken, and rank the easiest to the hardest. Thanks, if you want me to chance you or answer a question I will gladly. Thanks.

i am taking AP psy and u.s history and i have a 97 in each. Those are two easy classes

I heard environmental sci and psych are easy exams, and I though econ was easy too.
Calculus isn’t bad, provided you know how to use your calculator the right way (i.e. in the way that gives you all the answers to difficult questions in the calculator MC section).

English Lang has three essays, but there’s a good curve and it’s very formulaic.

The Physics C: mechanics test was challenging last year (freakin’ free-response killed everyone) but in the end many people got fives even if they did only half of the free response and BS-ed the rest.

Someone tell me why AP Psych is easy, I am getting a C- in AP Psych and I read the damn Barron everynight. Meanwhile I am getting an A in AP Chemistry.

^ If you have Myers textbook, definitely read that. Maybe your teacher makes her quizzes/tests based on info taken from the textbook or it’s test bank…Plus it’s kind of interesting.

I always hear AP Human Geography is a snap.

It ENTIRELY depends on the teacher. Though as far as exams go, Human Geography and Environmental Science are jokes.

^^I am using Myer’s Eighth Edition. I avoid using it because it is incredibly heavey and my test scores don’t seem to change so much when I read it or not

At a UVA seminar, they said that AP Gov was considered one of the easier ones (I can’t remember the rest?)… but the class i’m taking is close to impossible! I think the class depends on the teacher, but as far as AP exams go, then Psych and US are the easier ones I have taken.

Ranking the ones that I’ve taken or are currently taking from easiest to hardest:

AP English Language and Composition
AP Statistics
AP U.S. Government and Politics
AP Microeconomics
AP U.S. History
AP European History
AP Calculus BC

you can’t judge on what people say, everyone has a different teacher. I had a CRAP teacher for US history. And Psych and Environmental science was a complete joke! So the classes are different for everyone…but for me from hardest to easiest:
AP Statistics- have an A(still hard as crap)
AP Biology-(A…hard tests/we get test corrections/half grade is labs)
AP English Language-(Wasn’t hard, teacher was a *****, B)
AP US-(It was alright, bad teacher, B)
AP Environmental-(SO easy class, A)
AP Psychology(lolololol, A)

AP Chemistry=joke=98 A

Class I am taking/have taken from easiest to hardest
AP Chemistry
AP Statistics
AP Physics B
AP World History
AP U.S. History
AP English Language and Composition

(I based on the amount of work and the difficulty to get an A)

Classes I am taking/have taken from easiest to hardest (my measurement is how easy could I self study this or walk into the AP test and get a 4 or 5):

AP Micro/Macroeconomics
AP English Language/Literature and Composition
AP Psychology
AP Statistics
AP Physics C: Mechanics
AP Calculus (AB and BC)
AP US History
AP European History

but there is a significant drop between stats and physics and the last four could almost be equal in my mind.

The Econs are only easiest because I had one online and one I am just self studying on my own, and it’s probably the only subject I would try self studying besides Psych that I have taken.

For me it depends on how much I like the subject. If you find something a chore, then you might find it harder. That said, some APs seem to be easier than others (psych, HG, etc.)

I can’t come up with a list for you because I’ve just started self-studying.

You have to suck at math to fail AP Calc BC. Like, really really suck. Terribly suck. Like a freaking vacuum cleaner.

Anyone who put ap language or ap chemistry as easy, go die. Those classes are…ugh…

@ daiviko, how is ap chem hard, the concepts aren’t much different from honors chem

umm…i’ve heard about some pretty smart kids who went on later to ivies that got killed by their ap chem class but did alright on the exam…

If you’ve ever had piano lessons, AP Music Theory is a joke.
