Easiest college?

How hard is eng school to get into? Whats the easiest college/school within Northwestern to get into? Please rank each school, if you know it. Thanks!

Medill School of Journalism is the most difficult for the quantity of people that apply.
Engineering school would be the next most difficult because of the difficultly of curriculum and quality of students applying.
Weinberg would be next because of the quantity and quality of students applying and it may help if you declare a major depending upon the demand for that major.
School of Communications and School of Social Policy and Education are equivalent.
If you are interested in going into Medill and you are only excepted into Weinberg you have little to no chance of transferring into Medill.

meant to say accepted into Weinberg not excepted
sorry

I'd say that certain programs in the School of Communications are harder to get into than Weinberg. But it really depends on you and which school you're a good fit for.

um, would it be possible to switch into eng, later if I got into some other school, like um School of Communications or School of Social Policy and Education

so if i want to double major in psych and journalism and am applying to weinberg i have no shot to choose journalism as my second major once i get there? i would apply to medill but i am not 100% sure i want to pursue journalism and i definitely want to study psych.

"I'd say that certain programs in the School of Communications are harder to get into than Weinberg."

crypticism, which programs would u say are the hardest to get into?

does NU post the separate admission rates for each school?

If you're very interested in a specific major outside of Weinberg, you should apply to it. It's almost always easier to transfer into Weinberg. The most important thing is that you apply to the program that fits you best. That will be the easiest one to get into.
