Just wondering what the easiest major to transfer to Cal Poly is for the architecture college. I heard that its city and regional planning and/or landscape architecture.
And then overall what is the easiest major to transfer
According to the projected enrollment both majors you posted are the easiest in terms of acceptance.

Of course, changing major after enrolling may require another admission process.
Was that article sent out by cal poly? And by the looks of it, they take almost half of the transfer applicants for city and regional planning? @Gumbymom
I would need to enter into a ICMA right? @ucbalumnus
@Gumbymom
what would be the acceptance rate for construction management for incoming freshmen? would it be 100 acceptances / 211 applications?
Actually the link I posted was for Cal Poly SLO. But I believe that the numbers are similar for CPP. It is around 83% acceptance for Construction Management.
architecture majors require a portfolio of your previous work at the community college. i’d say if your gpa is low then i hope your portfolio has some good work in it. i previously wanted to transfer as an architecture major and started my portfolio but i switched to engineering. ask your professors in your drafting/cad classes to help review your portfolio. good luck.
Anything not on the Impacted Major list.
