easiest satii

Which is the easiset sat subject test? i beleive i will get close to a perfect score in mathiic but i'm unsure of the others. physics? bio or english lit? much appreciated

US history

Are you literate and fluent in a foreign language? If so, the SAT II in that language will be very easy for you.

englsh lit is not the easiest
foreign languages should be avoided unless you're fluent
physics is a good one b/c of the curve
world history

The United States History is an easy SATII, also the Math IC is easy if you've just finished a year of pre-calc, all it involves is brushing up on some more basic concepts and it's a pretty easy grade../

IIc went pretty well for me, but that's because I feel most comfortable with most math concepts, though chemistry can go by pretty well as long as you nail that ridiculous T/F section.

I would say math is one of the easier ones.

US History...

but I thought the spanish reading one wasn't bad.

Whatever your native foreign language is, otherwise Math IIC.

I don't get why anyone thinks USH is the easiest.

hey tony, whats the T/F section.

I haven't looked at which subject test to take yet, but i'm considering chemistry. I'm not sure if i'm ready though since I've only gone through advance chem and not college chem(at our school, we take almost all our college classes senior year)

I feel like the only class i'm ready for is us history since i took college us history junior year.

The T/F is section is basically you have Statement I and Statement II and you have to say whether or not each statement is independently true or false. And then if both statements are true then you have to say whether or not Statement II is true because of Statement I.

oh i c. do you think i'll be able to do decent on the chemistry SAT test with only a background of adv. chem material?

I don't see why not, just learn some of the newer concepts through any good prep books [used PR myself] and you should be fine. Plus, you were actually taught which is a lot more than I was [considering I had to self-study AP Chem] but anyway, good luck with everything.

oh i c. thanks

i'm considering taking US history (only college class i've taken because of the scheduling in my school), Chemistry (need to prep a bit though), and 3rd subject i really don't know. My strongest strength is math but I haven't taken AP Calc yet. I heard Math IIC requires Calc background so should I just take Math IC since I've only taken precalc (my school has a really bad planning, I'm taken heaviest courseload, and i'm not even ready for any of the subject test).

Hmm, well I did Math IIc at the end of my junior year and I took calc my senior year anyway so I really didn't have much of a calc background and I still did fine. Anyway, from what I can remember IIc is much more trig and algebra based than anything else if memory's working well, so I think you should be fine taking IIc [plus my understanding is colleges would rather see you take this one]. Also Ic is basically geo based which can be a big pain unless you have a memory going back to freshman year, so..

just curious.. how'd you do on your subject.. exact score-wise...

Spanish: 740, Math IIc: 800, Chem: 770

wow bravo on your scores. did you have to do any prep for math IIc.

Not really, math is the only thing I'm really good at and I had an awesome teacher so prep wasn't really needed.
