For undergraduate business. Im aware that both are extreeemely competitive schools; this is just for comparison's sake.

Surely you meant less difficult. I would say Stern.

"less difficult" yes...those are the exact words I blanked on. Easy does not qualify for either school.

Stern easier, Haas better

Well in-state - Cal. OOS - Stern.

bindercheck1 "Stern easier, Haas better"

Is HAAS generally considered better? It's my first choice and dream school but I was just wondering.

Well I'm not only oos but also international teehee.

That's... wrong. In-state residency is irrelevant when it comes to undergrad business at Haas. Why? Because you're admitted to the university and then you transfer into Haas.

Berekeley, Haas (which you need to apply) is harder.

NYU Stern has more of a cachet on Wall Street simply because it's located smack in the middle of NYC. If you want Banking, just go to Stern.

If you want tech/venture capital/tech marketing/possibly private equity, etc., go to the superior-ranked Haas. If you want Wall Street, go to Stern. If you're not sure, but you know you'd rather live in NY or SF after graduation, choose the one located locally.

Haas harder to get into full-stop.
