East Coast Engineering Colleges

Hi, currently I am a junior with a 3.8~3.9 GPA that would be rank 90-100 of 310~ students. I am currently only aiming for around 2100 but if i get anything above it I'll stop. And two sat II;physics and math IIc.Aiming for both high 7's or the 800.

So I am currently looking for engineering colleges either for mechanical/computer/eletromag engineering for the East Coast. Any suggestions ?I heard Rutgers has a descent engineering program and Stevens Inst. has an "ok" reputation. If you can guide me to the right direction that would be helpful. Thank you
