Easy Classes?!?

For Current UVA students:

Please recommend easy classes I can take to boost my GPA. I was thinking about CCLT or CCSC courses

I recommend looking through ratemyprofessors.com and thecourseforum, which is a UVA-specific site set up by the third year council. The URL is: http://www.student.virginia.edu/~class07/evaluations/ .

great link, thanks

I don't know if it is still offered, but I remember I took a really easy Intro to Jazz course once.

Econ 201 with Mirman, no textbook, little hw.

Principles of Nutrition - BIOL 106. Pretty easy.

wow, great find

do you have any others?

If you have computer science experience CS 101 isn't bad. EVSC 201,210. I'll try to compile a list for you later...

how about upperlevel philosophy classes? how difficult are they?

although i think its only offered in the fall, symphonic masterworks

not only is it incredibly easy (no homework, no readings, no midterm/final - just 4 non cumulative tests that you only need to study for an hour beforehand), but its also actually fun. interesting too if you have any interest in classical music and have no musical talent.

you should go to class though because he tells you exactly whatsa on the test the week before.
