...easy courses?

Hey can anyone suggest some easy courses i can take? im not a slacker i just want some options so i can balance out my schedule.

are there online classes?

go to ratemyprofessors.com, the difficulty of a class depends on the prof. or the TA’s

yea i know about that and thecourseforum. i just wanted to know if there was a certain class that was really easy

anything in the ed school (multicultural ed gets great reviews)

many intro science classes (see http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-virginia/748897-recommend-classes-student-who-hates-math-science.html</a> )

intro classes/seminars in general (foreign language, humanities like sociology, etc - may be busy work like reading or vocab, but not HARD) - i think russian is supposed to be harder though; and fiction/poetry writing under ENWR if that’s your thing

this is uva, most classes have a bare minimum that is not “easy” at least in the high school sense (maybe easy compared to quantum physics or something but not easy to non-uva students)

if you have AP credits consider taking a 12 credit semester of meaningful classes instead of a 15 credit semester of easy meaningless classes

300-level language classes that are not literature classes. (Assuming you have the prerequisite CAPE scores…) The learning curve is gone but you are not reading 200 pages a day, and your assignments are like, speaking and writing exercises and a short essay a week. Think your 9th grade English class, but only in a foreign language.

(Well, that was my experience with FREN 334. I assume the same could be applied to a lot of other languages.)

I think MSE 209 is the easiest of e-school courses – if you’re not in the e-school. (There are very general ENGR courses, I think, but that would be closed off to CLAS students.)
