Depends on what you consider easy and the nature of the classes themselves (some classes that sound really easy can be quite confusing/convoluted/etc.)

Most colleges have sports/gym classes. If you are reasonably athletic they should be pretty easy.
@stradmom Don’t have to tell me twice. I took a class on Little Richard and it required more reading and essay writing than my major courses.
This is probably a question best posed in your school specific forum. Difficulty varies greatly from school to school. Also, obviously classes vary in difficulty from person to person too.
