easy, quick question about after submitting

<p>I just submitted one of my applications. Even after i submitted the supplement, I get a yellow square next to it (but it says submitted). What does that mean?</p>

<p>Also, there is a yellow square next to School Forms. I submitted all the school forms and rec letters by mail. what do i do with this?</p>
