Salmon
Brown rice
Whole wheat bread
Dark chocolate
Lean sliced turkey breast
Low-fat cheese
Yogurt (the less sugary the better)
Kashi tlc bars
Skim milk
Eggs
Oranges
Apples (especially with pb)
Berries
Other foods that I really like but consider “treats”:
Dark choc. Covered almonds
Honey nut cheerios
Trail mix
Bagels w/ cream cheese(so many carbs)
Ice cream
Macaroni and cheese
Tuna or chicken salad sandwiches(high in fat because of mayo)</p>
