eBay

u guys use ebay?

Wht was the most expensive thing u bought? or the weirdest

No, I'm not allowed though I'm dying to do it!

You know those trolls with the weird hair? My friend bought like a ton of those :)

my dad once sold an old ten dollar bill on ebay that happened to be a collectible, for $10000 O_O

dont know about buying stuff though... once he bought me a box of like 5000 baseball cards, for only 2.98 :D

so far..i bought a tent...and im buyin a printer now...........oooooooooooo exciting

I've bought a $170 laptop, a $600 keyboard and a bunch of other small things.

The keyboard was a fantastic deal, it's worth well over $1000, 1500 maybe. The guy had all the original documentation and even the bonus disks they were giving out as a promotion when the keyboard was sold in '98 or so. For those who may care, it's a Yamaha EX5, which was the pre-millennium foundation for the Motif series.

The keyboard was OK, it was a good deal but a pretty bad computer, it came with vaseline on the screen, one hinge broken, and sticker residue on all the keys. Actually it was kinda g-hetto all in all. I'm getting a new computer for Christmas, which shows you how long it lasted. (I bought it in March or around then of this year)

I've bought a watch and some Yugioh cards on behalf of my brother. All OK, the watch was labeled incorrectly as womens so I just gave it to a friend, it was just a cheap $15 Mickey Mouse watch so no big deal really.

Just make sure you check the rep for specific positive feedback, not just "eventually arrived, decent price, ok communication" - if you're familiar with eBay you know to give a positive rep even if it's chronically late and broken or something because they'll negrep you right back and that sucks for you, especially if you only have a few transactions. The system does NOT work and needs to be improved.

I dont you use ebay, but it seems like my sis bought a billion of things last summer (shes a starwars freak)

I buy books and movies from Ebay. The weirdest thing I've ever bought? That would probably have to be a really old Argus camera. The most expensive thing would have to be a donnie darko movie poster. ($20)

my friend is really into eBay, and I've heard from him about the bad negrep system that needs to be improved.

i bought a porshe 911 S4 for ~$45K

i heard some guy bought an "Xbox 360" for $0.99 but when he got it, he found he only got the box...

haha. owned.

that's hilarious. However he did get a high quality box out of the deal ;)

lol i heard something like that...like the picture clearly said this is only the box and there were tons of bids and some guy ended up paying over 100 for one

haha idiot

I steal teacher's edition books/ti-83 calculators from my school, and sell them on ebay. Make about $200 month.

if u are telling the truth....wont u run out....and well u wont have that income

I could get more, but i dont wanna get cought. I sell each calculator for like $60, and get like 1 per week. Im not kidding.
