EC Advice?

Hey guys I'm a junior in high school and I really want to shoot for top notch universities (not necessarily HYPS, but you know) when I apply next year. I know the top colleges look at EC's alot because they have so many applicants with good scores, so how does my list look/what advice do you guys have for me?

Classical Piano: 13+ years, 9 straight blue ribbons at local competitions, one trip to state competition.
Varsity Tennis: 4 years, team captain.
Jazz Band: 6 years.
French Club: Founder and President.
Summer research: 6 week research program with local university including writing research paper, 50 hours volunteer research at local plant center.
Model UN: 6 years.
Science Olympiad Team: (club just started this year, so only 1 year)
Several other minor clubs...

Awards:
French Competition: Honorable mention
Summer Research Competition: Honorable mention

I know my EC's aren't as great as alot of people on CC, but I have next summer to add to it so any advice is welcome :)

It looks fine not how many things you do put how much time you put into them.

Seems a little to varied and all over the place, but if they really reflect on who you are as a person and you include that in your personal statements, then they are great.
