Hello All. I have a question. I know that in many colleges, your EC list and activities are notarized by your school consolers when it is done in paper, but what happens with online applications. Does the submitted list go straight to the colleges, or do colleges require online activities to also be reviewed by your school consoler?

No, colleges don't require verification by the schools. But if you mention something like " I was President of the student body", and your counselors letter of recommendation makes no mention of that, it would look suspicious, and might prompt a phone call to the counselor.
