<p>Hey guys, I just had a quick ec question. I'm a sophomore and I'm in a lot of extra curricular activities with no leadership position. I know leadership positions are important to get, and hard to achieve as a sophomore. I recently joined a club and I signed up as a chair in the fundraising committee, is that a good enough start?</p>
<p>Yeah that’s good. I am a sophomore too and had to compete with lots of juniors and seniors for the positions I have. I am Vice Captain of the debate team and the webmaster of the school’s largest club</p>
